Storage Performance Optimization
We assisted a customer with serious performance issues in a FlexPod environment. After performing a NetApp Health Check, we discovered numerous misconfigurations resulting in an extremely inefficient 4.1 million IOPS, which the client wanted to fix by expanding production and disaster recovery clusters by four nodes each. After performing the list of fixes we recommended, the finalized system was processing a much more reasonable 28,000 IOPS.
