Procurement

In industry terms: a value-added reseller, or VAR.

  • Authorized reseller for NetApp, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Fortinet, Microsoft and a dozen more.
  • Quotes on anything with a part number, usually the same day.
  • Licensing and renewals tracked, so nothing lapses on your watch.
  • Staging, delivery and installation when you want hands on site.

Because we also run environments, we don't quote things we wouldn't want to live with.

Operations

In industry terms: a managed service provider, or MSP.

  • Monitoring around the clock, and patching, for every workstation and server.
  • A help desk your people can reach, and a person who already knows your setup.
  • Backups that are tested, not assumed.
  • A security baseline: multi-factor sign-in, endpoint protection, email filtering, managed firewall.

Because we're also a reseller, your hardware and licensing come from the people who support it. One invoice, no finger-pointing.
